About me

With seven years of stage experience in multiple federations, I have dedicated many hours to perfecting my own posing style and techniques. Spending time getting to know what works for different physiques and consistently updating my knowledge. I have extensive experience competing and have won 4 world titles, 2 uk titles and 2 over all titles. I have walked in your heels and know exactly what it takes to get to the top. Now I am here to help you conquer the stage too! I come recommended by some of the top coaches in the industry and was voted 2021 coach of the year. I ensure no stone is left unturned and will support you every step of the way.

I am incredibly passionate about encouraging my girls to bring their best self and personality to stage. I believe in building a friendly and positive relationship with my clients. Communication is key and is the ultimate way to get the very best out of each and every class. ⁠Together we build the perfect routine in a comfortable and uplifting environment.

Having competed many times my self, I understand the struggles, dips in energy, brain fog and emotions; all of which I consider when approaching each class. I will always be encouraging and compassionate whilst pushing you to bring your best.

Whilst a posing coach doesn’t require qualifications, you should find someone whose clients and own competitive results prove they are experienced and knowledgable enough to coach you correctly and effectively. To become a reputable coach it takes years of learning, research, practice and experience. Every year my clients bring home the silverware, with overall wins, pro world champions and an incredible high amount of new pros!

My team consistently achieve high results and in 2021 had a 94% success rate, meaning almost all of my clients became winners, had top 5 placing and/or earned pro cards.
